Advanced notice: [Europe] Clover Platform maintenance – October 15
October 15, 2024
The Clover Platform in Europe will perform preventative maintenance for a better security posture. As a result of this update, European merchants and developers building apps and integrations for European merchants may need to allowlist the provided IP address range if they encounter issues or expect to be impacted by the work outlined.
When?
The maintenance is scheduled to occur on October 15, 2024 23:00 GMT.
Why?
Clover is launching a new infrastructure platform to better protect its customer services from external threats.
Action needed?
As Clover expands its online platform, European merchants and developers who are using IP address allowlisting must add the following IP address range: 166.73.5.0/24.
Under normal circumstances, this change will be seamless. Allowlisting will only be necessary if merchants and developers are using non-standard DNS providers.
What's next?
Upon maintenance completion, Clover will send follow-up communications. If there are any issues, we will initiate a standard incident management protocol with updates to follow.
