Upgraded Merchant Dashboard for US test merchants

The upgraded Clover Web Dashboard is now accessible to developers through the sandbox Developer Dashboard. When you create a US test merchant account in sandbox, the upgraded Merchant Dashboard appears. This enhancement to the sandbox Developer Dashboard aims to align the developer experience by providing the Merchant Dashboard view as seen in the production environment.
