What is being done?

Clover will be providing regular maintenance of the application suite on Sandbox Prod. This change is being carried out to ensure that all our systems are up to date and resilient.

When is this being done?

01:00 PM - 04:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on November, 28th 2024

Maintenance Window Impacts?

During this time there will be a brief downtime to Sandbox Prod that will last for up to 2 hours.

What communication is expected after the updates?

If any issues are encountered, Clover will initiate standard incident management protocol with updates to follow.

Clover Sandbox and Dev Environment Certificate change (Nov 4)

What maintenance was needed?

Clover updated the sandbox.dev.clover.com and all development environment SSL certificates during the regularly scheduled maintenance window.

When is the change scheduled?

10:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on November 4, 2024

Why is this change needed?

The SSL certificates for Clover development environments including the sandbox environment are expiring. Clover is being prudent by renewing the SSL certificates ahead of time.

Are there any maintenance window impacts?

• No impact is expected from this change unless some device ROMs did not get updated before this change is made. Clover Support will take corrective action for those devices.
• If there is any unforeseen impact, Sandbox and Development environments may be affected during the rollback of this change.
