Providing support resources

Before publishing your app, be sure you have support options in place, such as the following:

  • Create a help page hosted on your site. This page should provide any special installation steps, instructions for using the app, and a list of frequently asked questions.
  • Ensure you have support capacity and resources for your target market. All phone numbers should be valid (that is, US phone numbers for US apps and country-specific phone numbers for EU apps) We strongly recommend including the country code with each number. You should have support resources available during the appropriate times for your time zone(s).
  • Use Help Codes to authenticate your merchants and provide them support for your apps.
